- Very High Filtration: Our 4-Ply masks use four layers of virgin medical grade nonwovens which are silky smooth and lint free. Four layers are of 25 gsm providing a thick yet breathable mask. The middle meltblown layer provides a bacteria and particulate filtration efficiency > 99%. The additional penultimate layer is an additional fluid repellent layer which is splash resistant even against excess splash. This mask is ideal for Dentists and Doctors, or just those wanting premium protection and nice colours!
- Breathable: As we use only medical grade nonwovens, the fabric is also highly breathable and comfortable. Our masks are tested extensively for breathability and air permeability, to ensure that the masks remain cool and comfortable to wear for long periods without compromising filtration efficiency
- Fluid Repellency & Splash Resistant: By using four layers (100 Gsm) of velvet smooth medical grade technical textiles, our masks which are tested for splash using synthetic blood. Even with a test force > 160 mmHg, the masks remain impenetrable to fluids and splash backs. So even if it's blood splash or someone sneezing & coughing on you, Filtra masks will keep you safe and dry!
- Extra Thick & Soft Ear Bands: Filtra masks all now use an enhanced extra thick and soft 5 mm latext free elastic ear loops. With generous length and additional elongation, the ear loops do not apply pressure on the ears and allow the user to wear for extended periods without pain.
- Extra long dual core noseclip: Filtra masks use longer than average nose clips which are toxin free PE coated malleable twin core softened aluminium wire. The extra long noseclip which is malleable can be positioned over the nose and upper cheek to prevent inward air leakage and also specs fogging.
- Hygienic & Convenient Packing: Filtra 4-Ply masks are available in dispenser boxes of 50 Masks which are factory packed, sealed and shrink wrapped. The dispenser boxes have a tamper proof sticker and once opened have a tissue box style window cut for removing one mask at a time and can then be re-sealed. The transparent window on dispenser box top shows which colour masks are inside. So if your clinic keeps various colours or youre just a mask fashionista then you can easily see which colour masks are inside.

Looks better than any surgical mask have used so far. Too costly I think compared to 3 ply masks. Almost double. I had to buy coz good 3 ply masks were out of stock. But good quality gives peace of mind. See my attached pictures. They're quite comfortable and the string is firmly attached to mask.
