Q: Why does the 3mtr stair rail have 3 contemporary brackets but only 2 ordinary ones. Are extra ones fitted by you before delivery?

Hello. Thanks for your enquiry. The contemporary brackets have only one screw, hence we fit an additional bracket. Extra brackets are indeed fitted before delivery, but it's still best to confirm that's what you'd like us to do by sending us a message via Amazon, after placing an order.

Q: How far from the wall does the rail project?

Hi I did not attach mine to the wall I attached it to the banister and it is just perfect. My neighbour put it against her wall and it does not sit too far out plenty of space to get a good grip if that helps. It really is a lovely rail looks expensive and really adds to the hall way.

Q: We have existing raised fixing positions, can we order with brackets at those points?
