Works, but still can leak.
They do seem to stay in place much better than our old pad, but after a very wet night, it did leak through to the mattress pad. Thankfully it wasn't enough to get to the mattress. A solid plastic lining on the bottom would have been helpful.

Bit rough if on bare skin.
I ordered size to big for xl twin hospital bed so use them in the SUV trunk instead. I think they would be ok if I’d ordered smaller. Seem a bit rough. Actually bought a different brand that are green - Proveria I think it was (4 in a package) and they are perfect & soft for the patient.
