After 3 months I finally managed to upgrade from 14mm to 16mm. I am keeping a blog and here are some tips. 1. The instructions say to only wear the rings for 40 minutes, but I wore them for 12 hours per day (or at night time). After those 12 hours be sure to clean ring and your body well! 2. It is a bit of a shame that there are no ring sizes in between, for example I am missing the 15mm ring to make the upgrade time shorter. The box includes a massive 36 mm ring that probably contains enough material for the manufacturer to create odd-numbered ring sizes. A 15mm ring would mean (perhaps) that a user wouldn't need to wait the full 3 months (and give up) but can see progress faster. For 15mm I actually rigged my own ring made from a Gardena hose pipe connector (I don't necessarily recommend this). 3. Especially before upgrading I recommend to expose for glans for some hours at a time (if possible) without the ring as this is also a stretching exercise (and what the whole treatment is about actually). 4. Don't use a ring if it is problematic to insert or painful when forced in. 5. I reckon after a year I will be able to finally finish the treatment (+2 mm every 3 months) 5. Great for phimosis it's effective easy to use and soft material rings . They have also given a guide to show us how to use it . Can prefer this instead of surgery or anything.
