This product is easy to take, gentle on the stomach and very effective. I'm very happy with it.

I have/had severe leaky gut and autoimmune issues. I have cleaned up my diet, supplemented with l-glutamine and digestive enzymes, but was still experiencing chronic symptoms. The last piece of the puzzle appeared to be repopulating my gut with beneficial bacteria. I was correct. I am glad I chose this probiotic, because the results, even in just two weeks, have been incredible. I took double the dose, i.e. one 50 billion capsule twice per day and my inflammation has vanished. My digestion is running like a German train system, exact same time everyday. I can't promise you'll get the same benefits, because there are a lot of variables like diet, etc. that need to be altered when dealing with gut issues. However, in terms of its quality, this probiotic is as good as any. I contacted Naturelo because I was curious about the specific breakdown of the 11 strains over the 50 billion CFUs. This is not specified on the bottle. They timely replied and provided me with the following info – L. acidophilus: 10 billion L. plantarum: 10 billion L. rhamnosus: 5 billion L. paracasei: 5 billion L. salivarius: 5 billion L. casei: 5 billion S. thermophilus: 2 billion B. longum: 2 billion B. lactis: 2 billion B. breve: 2 billion B. bifidum: 2 billion I've just ordered my second bottle. Easy to use and arrived early, really good supplement

I have been taking this probiotic over 5 months so far. I can see the difference. Before trying out this product, I have taken several other products (Solga, Garden of life, Nutracraft, Swansom..etc) over 4 years, which have not helped me much, although they had mostly 50 billion CFU. I can clearly see the difference when I go to toilet, my stool colour has been better. I don't have problems related to constipation nor diarrhea with this product. I have been suffering from IBS (irritable vowel syndrome) and I feel better with this product, I don't have much pain on my intestine any more. I did not have any uncomfortable stomach either ( i have sensitive stomach so I am extra careful to choose the right one for me ). I have a gluten sensitivity. This is Gluten free and 100 percent natural so I am very please with this product. I can rely on the quality. I think I have tried different brands so far, It is better to find the one which works the best. In my case, I have got some benefits from this product, I will keep taking this product for my health.

I am very happy with these. I just recently finished an antibiotic course which really messed up my digestive system. I was feeling sick to my stomach and had some minor diarrhoea. I would have preferred to take probiotics alongside the antibiotics but it was only a three day course so I didn’t really have chance to order them in time. For the first few days taking these I struggled to find the right time to take them. The instructions say to take on an empty stomach which for most people would be first thing in the morning but I have to take a pill cocktail for various conditions with food so as not to damage my stomach lining, and I found taking the probiotic later in the day with food contributed towards my stomach being upset. That said, it did clear up the minor diarrhoea and make my stools go back to normal which I was very happy with. Eventually I settled on taking them last thing at night as I don’t eat much in the evening and I figured my stomach would be empty whilst I was asleep. I noticed the difference instantly the next day. No more feeling sick, no more cramps, no more indigestion. Like magic. So these are definitely best taken on an empty stomach, and they have definitely made my digestive system go back to normal. I will probably only be taking them short term, that is once I’ve finished the 30 day bottle I won’t buy more. But if I have to take antibiotics again or have any other reason to take probiotics, I will definitely be back to buy these!

I bought the Ultra strength Probiotics from Naturelo for my 82 year old mother, she has to take a daily antibiotic for a chest condition that she has and was always in trouble with systemic Candida, I had suggested that she take a pro-biotic, so she bought some from a high street chain and they didn't really help much, I can't remember now haw many million bacteria they contained, but again, not effective, but as a pensioner, she was reluctant to spend her pennies, so I ordered these for her, they came the next day and she started taking them. I asked her yesterday how things were going as I was doing my reviews and she hasn't been troubled by the very sore mouth, in fact, she thinks the Candida cleared up very quickly after starting with the Probiotic and avoiding yeasty foods and dairy. Very pleased.

I really hate reviewing supplements as I've no proof that they have inside them what the container specifies. So please feel free to ignore this review. The capsules are stated as being vege / vegan and easy to swallow. I chose this brand because I've got a dose of Heliobacter for the 3rd time in about 10 years and can't face going through the 3 week / double mega dose of antibiotic treatment again as it makes you so ill (plus it probably isn't working if I complete the course and yet keep getting flare ups). Having done a lot of research this supplement contains the probiotics that are most likely to help (along with a load of other stuff I'm taking) to help my stomach rid itself of the pesky Heliobacter. Fingers crossed.

Not entirely sure about this product. I took two one day and it awoke me in the night. I cut back to one a day and I do not know what effect it is having on me to be honest? I have noticed I have gone for more regular number twos...But that could be from good diet and exercise?
