Q: Does this item include a power cable for networks that don't support PoE

Yes - the 1625 comes with a small wall wart that has a good amount of cable to connect it to the phone from a wall outlet or power strip under a normal desk. I bought the 1625 and a 1628 specifically because of the come with power adapters. My LAN is configured in a manner that made PoE impractical. Wish I could have powered the phones It would have required multiple PoE switches or power supplies and wasn't worth the cost.

Q: Does this phone have a stand? I see one reviewer commented: "device will not set flat on table top"

If you have the stand on wrong, yes the plugs will push it up. In that position, you have installed it for wall mount. You need to turn it so it appears perpendicular to the phone and then reinstall the stand.

Q: What is the warranty on this product?

All Grandstream products come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

Q: Does this phone have an Intercom feature

This is a device to be used on Voice Over IP phone system. Once connected and properly configured you can use the speaker phone fearure to call other extensions in the system similar to the filunctions performes by an intercom, the only difference would be that the other extension would need to be answered in order to get the voice thru, so I guess I am responding no to your question

Very reliable phone with durable body.

This is an excellent IP Phone. Excellent built quality and comes with all necessary accessories like power adaptor and LAN patch cord.I purchased it to use with BSNL WINGS. BSNL could not provide me an account in three months after taking rs. 1200 in advance. So I am using it with a free SIP service provider. It's call quality is extremely good, without any noise or distortion. It is also very reliable even on free SIP service. I am using it on Airtel extremefiber DSL line (40 Mbps up &10Mbps down), I have also tested it on 30 Mbps JIO Fibre sucessfuly. Be cautious about your service provider, because all providers do not allow SIP calls on their network. Alliance Broadband is such ISP in Kolkata. You have to request them to activate the service to use this phone in their network.I paid 3400/- for this GXP1625 which is quite reasonable.

Lot of bugs with the software

This is not working, this series phone has a lot of bugs. Your SIP registration will wipe out each time you reboot your phone or the router. Need to reset each time to register it. Really annoying and now no way to get a refund as it has exceeded the time frame, just thrown it out. Happy now.

Great product..excellent voice quality

I'm using grand stream for more than a month. Voice and call quality with voip connection is great. It supports two sip accounts. Once configured, easy to use..speaker phone is amazing. Best product for home office. Works on LAN cable.

Best value for your money!

Having tried many IP phones (Avaya/Cisco/Audiocodes/Snom/Polycom) over the last 10 years, I can confidently say this is the most value of money IP phone (VFM) I have encountered so far. Therefore, I am slowing replacing all my office IP phones with grandstream phones. While I am on a call, the display even shows the codec that is being used. That is something I had never seen in any IP phone. As a VOIP professional, I highly appreciate it.
