Does this include the COA "Certificate of Authenticity" sticker I can stick to my PC?

huh? Like a Windows 11 sticker or something? There is a holographic sticker on this, but I don't know why you would want to tear it off to put it on your computer for it to maybe stay. I have never heard of a sticker of authenticity.

Can it be used on a factory reset laptop if it had windows 10 on it

I believe this is just a key. Don’t worry about a cd or usb. All you have to do is download to whatever computer and enter the key.

You can try. But before you waist your money you can download and install pc health check app. It will let you know if your computer is compatible with windows 11. This way it will run a check on your computer and you didn’t have to buy this and it not be compatible.

I ordered 2 Licensed. One does not work. Seems that the same Keys are sold multiple times as Microsoft states while trying to activate that the key was already used somewhere else.

great value product

Product is exactly what was advertised. Remember its mounts on a new system and can only be used on that system. You can go to Microsoft store pay more but that includes tech support and being able to mount this windows Pro on a couple more times! I purchased a Lenovo ThinkCentre Micro Desktop with Keyboard & Mouse, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB SSD Drive and I could never get windows to boot. It was locked at login telling me that it was not a new unit. I went into the bios and low and behold it was from late 2024. So I could use it I loaded Mint Linux and Ubuntu on same drive so I could use it and decided to get new ssd and a new windows operating system. As I write these words I am creating a recovery drive if I ever need to restore!

Perfect for anyone with PC build experience

Exactly what is listed. Saw a few negative reviews. Possibly, these people have not worked with OEM Builder software products. Unlike the consumer versions, installation support is not offered. However, most issues can be resolved if you can articulate the problem and Google search resolutions. Also, be sure you have access to a DVD drive that you can connect to your system and have a USB drive and another computer to download drivers if necessary. Working great.
