Patta Steel Hand Riveter Set (Black, 150-Pieces, HR-901N)

Thank you Amazon and supplier for the perfect product and timely delivery at Navi Mumbai. The Hand riveter came in a Amazon cardboard paking with a simple tape. The OEM packing was good firm cardboard box and the extra rivets sets in a plastic pouch taped over the OEM box. The Patta Hand riveter first impression is good as it feels solid and heavy while holding. The adopters on the body , fit well in place and the spanner is decently good and fits well in the rubber grip handle. The rivets stem pops out in 3 pull and release sequence without a washer. ( Dry test ). The powder coating on the tool body looks like a very good quality. Would recommend for home, office, workshop, sites and vehicle and marine use . restricted to salt water exposure should be limited for better life of the tool. the rivets supplied are a decently good quality aluminium ones in 3 different sizes / diameter and length. It height is approx 12 inches breath around 5 inches when in lock position. Verdict: Happy buyer for the discounted price and quality product.

Good quality despite being lightweight, pops the rivets easier than other tools I've had could. Used quite heavily commercially.

I have never used a rivetting tool before and find this to be very useful. This is more a review of the genre than the brand per se. The tool works beautifully and i expect it to be of great use to me.

The machine is of good quality but the pops are not. They break without getting tight perfectly.

I am a home DIY kind of person, and this is my first riveter. It certainly feels heavy and seems to match its "heavy-duty" title. An important component is the pair of jaws inside, and only time will tell its durability. Its product packing box was quite professional, it even came with blind rivets of 3 sizes of 0.5 inch grip length (50 each, Coolio brand). The product seems to be powder-coated all over, and its a good job at that. Unfortunately the usage was a disaster, the rivets would not press well (see one sample photo). It is likely that my component wall thickness was too small for 0.5 in grip length, or the rivets were bad. I did have some difficulty in using the tool, but it may be just because I am not used to it. Not removing any star for this, but will update this review based on my future experiences.

A good well made product , works as desired Quite strong and sturdy , we have done a few rivetting and found that the rivetter fixes the rivets very well.
