Bought it to make keto-ade. It is extremely useful to balance electrolytes and in the right amount works like magic on water retention or muscle cramps due to loss of electrolytes. Price is on the higher side but options are limited in India and it works effectively.

If you want to reduce your sodium intake but not have bland food, this is the way to go! It's easy to use, the texture is just what you expect. It tastes great! The size is bigger than what I was getting in the grocery store, so it lasts longer. The mineral content is right on the money.

If you cannot have much salt this is a great replacement..I have vertigo and high blood pressure salt makes it worse since using so low salt i have no problems..tastes exactly the same as normal salt. Highly recommend

I bought this for health reasons as I needed to reduce the amount of sodium in my diet without completely giving up the taste of salt.It works well for seasoning meals and can be used much like ordinary table salt. The flavour is slightly different if too much is added, but I adapted to it quickly and only need a small amount.The 350g tub lasts a good while and makes it much easier to control my sodium intake while still enjoying properly seasoned food. A practical substitute that does what I need.
