Okay quality
Colours are very good but the neon tubes are not so good. I drew a design on my mobile cover but it came out the next day.I don't know about other surfaces but it didn't stick to my rexin mobile cover .

Good quantity and vibrant colours
First time received broken bottles but it was replaced immediately so thanks to amazon and seller. As for use, the 3D liners are difficult to squeeze and difficult to get precision due to the design. My neon pink tube burst and spilled half the paint due to this. Would still recommend as the colours are vibrant and quantity is good.
