Bajaj best fan

Excellent fan but body quality not the best
Bajaj Frore Neo (Red colour). Have been using the fan for almost a year now, from evening to early morning in lowest or medium fan speed, and worked great without any problems. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it kind of rattles at the lowest speed settings (some plastic body panel not held in properly) but once turned up to medium it is smooth.

Very good alternative to AC
I keep changing locations quite often. In place of 1 ac which costs a lot, I just bought 2 of these. Result I can put them wherever convenient, in Opposite directions or parallely. Breeze is relaxing. Planning to get 2 more. Costs way less. Can buy 8 more and it would still cost less than the AC. Easy to assemble. No technician needed. Highly customizable air solution as in I can take them to the corridor, terrace or even kitchen. I don't get a dry nose that happens with the Ac. Only Cons: Take up space in the room. Need extension boxes to connect conveniently.

Not suitable for wall-hanging. Ideal for table-top
When I tried hanging it on the wall - the head couldn't hold itself up, and kept drooping to an angle that it was directly pointing to the floor - instead of blowing air across the room. The angle is okay for table-top operation - it creates a pretty robust (and loud) air flow - great for a narrow or small limited place such as a study corner (added white-noise!) or a dry balcony or a passage that tends to get damp or stuffy. All parts are plastic and lightweight - if it falls of the table-top, I imagine it will be done for. For the price point, I guess it's fine. Just don't expect it to be quiet.

Useful summer companion
I found this 200mm Bajaj personal fan very useful. Air delivery from ceiling fans typically does not reach all parts of the room, making this personal fan a useful companion if you need to work in a less-ventilated spot. . It is light-weight but has a sturdy base. The power cord is sufficiently long, a little over 4ft. The best part of the fan is that it can be table- or wall-mounted. The noise level is slightly on the higher side but not too disturbing. At the most, you might have to put off the fan for a while if you are talking on the phone very close to it. The fixed speed of 2,300rpm (no provision to regulate speed) is sufficient and is capable of ventilating up to 6 feet. The fan does not oscillate but the motor unit can be tilted and fixed at a convenient position. I am not sure about its continuous operating time. However, it is advisable to put off the fan for five minutes or so, every hour. I think it is worth having this as a "floating fan" around the house -- ready to be pressed into service at short notice!
