Deodorant Stones of America: Thai Crystal Deodorant, 4.25 oz (Pack of 2), Packaging May Vary

Update 4/2018 It's been about 8 months now that I've been using this deodorant and wanted to say that 1 will last a year if use it with water to roll on. Now I'm excited to say that I've figured out how to use those little bits that broke off and the last bits of my stick. A couple months back I ground up a couple chunks, about the size of a quarter and added the powder and little pieces that didn't grind up into a 6 oz bottle of purified water. Let that sit for a week at least. Then I fill up a little spray bottle I got from the dollar store, and spray it on after every shower. I spray a little extra and on my feet to. It dries fast in summer, doesn't stain and works great. No odors at all. Even in dry heat. This idea now will last me a very long time because it takes such small bits to melt over time in water and I have 2 and 1/ 4 sticks left with pieces to spare. What I'm most excited about is this spray idea is much easier and faster for me plus I can put it on my feet and my son's feet to. So much faster and no wasting piece's that break off.. I've had my crystal deodorant for about 3 months now and use it every night after a shower. From day 1 there has been no smell, even though I sweat a lot, especially in summer time. I haven't had irritation or problems. When I get out of the shower I wet my arm pits first, then run a little water on the crystal deodorant then rub it under my arm like I would with any other deodorant (except I rub it about 20 times for each arm pit). No staining, irritation, discolor or anything and it dries fast. I'd recommend. I'm not sure how long one stick will last me but am guessing about a year. Either way I wouldn't go back to regular deodorant again, because it never worked to keep me from smelling (within 12 hours I was smelling with regular deodorant and with this one I have no odor after 24 hours) and regular deodorant sometimes irritated my skin or burned after I shaved (this one does not burn). I'm going to use this deodorant for however long it is available and will not go back to the chemical stuff again.. I've added photos of the 2 new ones I got and my old one that I bought locally. The new ones are broken but usable. These last a long time. A note of caution though. When you first start using these they burn a little if you moisten with hot water and if you over do it by applying more than once in a day. Otherwise, there is no burning or irritation.

This rock stick really works!! I was unsure how effective this would be since im so used to smearing some form of creamish deodorant that leaves a mark on my pits. I just wet the stick, rubbed it around my pit for a while (lowkey feels a nice ice massage after my shower), and 24 hours later, I’m still stinkless! I love how it’s healthy for me and doesnt leave a streak on my clothes. A lot of the times when putting on normal deodorant, I accidentally rub a little on my shirt while trying to apply and then have to spend extra time trying to rinse/rub it off. This doesn’t have that issue! If its not working for you, make sure that you wet it and that you’re rubbing your underarms for at least 8 seconds with the stick!

Love this crystal deodorant. I have tried 100s of natural deodorants and none of them seem to work. This stone is easy to travel with, keeps me smelling fresh for 24 hrs, and lasts a long time. Only downside is if you don’t shake the excess water off and it doesn’t drain well out of the container the stone will shrink until it is no longer snug in the folder, but that doesn’t bother me much.

This deodorant is mighty unique. I am generally one that hates deodorants, I don't like the chemical scents, the goopy or sticky feel, or 'natural' deodorants that cause me to burst out in a burning rash. I'd just rather go without deodorant all together, which I have done. I found this type suggested on reddit, sounded sort of magical so decided to give it a go. It actually solves for all my complaints with deodorants. It smells like literally nothing, not the 'unscented scent', just, nothing at all. It also feels like nothing, it's not a gel goop, nor is it a flakey solid substance, or something sticky. Feels like nothing. To top it all off, it actually works and works exceptionally well. What it seems to do is 'lock in' whatever scent your pits already have when you apply it. So it recommends applying after a shower, after you apply it your pits will still have the light soap scent for a while. If you put on a clean shirt after, they'll smell like fresh laundry. After the fresh scents fade they'll smell like complete nothingness for hours. I've actually gone beyond the 24 hour mark with some exercise tossed in before it started to fade a little bit. You can also really go nuts when applying it, really rub it in. Doesn't matter how much you supposedly use, it still feels and looks like nothing is applied. Just makes you smell neutral for quite a while. Pretty incredible.

Good stuff. Works great if you put it on immediately after a shower. Cost effective. Does not have toxic fragrances.

I was worried there was going to be an odd (smelly) transition similar to the transition from anti perspirant to natural deodorant but there wasn’t - I asked people constantly if I was smelly. I have bought a second salt stick cause I dropped and shattered mine after almost a year of using it. Definitely recommend.

I got a mix of witch hazel and water that i spray on, then use this and i'm good all day.
