The seller is very caring indeed to provide with the basic guidelines to place the plant with initial treatment after it's long journey on transit. The plant is very healthy. I would suggest to keep the price a bit more flexible. Super delivery by Amazon as usual. To get this plant in such good packaging & presentation is on itself quite a bit of luck which the plant is supposed to bring to it's care taker & family. Great feeling to own this lovely plant without any regrets whatsoever except for the high price. Go for this precious possession guys!!!

I received product in medium good condition and I have to take lot of efforts to make it not to die

The plant and its ceramic pot arrived without any damage. Considering that it traveled a long way from Pune to Guwahati amidst lock-down, this was quite amazing. The plant looks similar to that shown in Amazon.

Reason not getting after care, leafs are going to dry and black. Finally it is breaking and further no use.

Plant’s healthy but the pot has arrived completely broken. The item is not eligible for return and I’d be wary putting the plant through packaging again, but it’d be helpful if the company could replace the pot.

When I received the order the plant was healthy but the pot was broken, maybe because of the long transit. So I contacted customer support , showed some pictures and they agreed to send a new pot for me without any excuse. The new pot I received is in perfect shape. Definitely recommended, specially for being trustworthy.
