Does not work for DNS.
Mentions in the description that this will clear nasal passage for easier breathing for people with DNS. I found no easier breathing while using this.

Very helpful device
Due to a deviated septum, my father could only breathe through one nostril and would snore very loudly. After putting on this device, he is able to breathe freely through both nostrils simultaneously. I do not know if he is snoring any more while asleep, but he feels and sleeps better during the night and wakes up fresh in the morning.
