Louder than expected but works very well. Compact for a small office space. A great way to move more!

This thing is awful. If you have a long stride you will be tripping constantly. The app that goes with it randomly turns the AI coach on so when you're walking the speed will randomly drop down to 1.2 because the coach wants you to start there. The track constantly runs to the right no matter how many times you loosen it and readjust it just to scrape against the side making a god awful noise and create this nasty black dust. Yes its easy to assemble and small enough to store almost anywhere but this thing is garbage. Plus if theres an issue and you have to send it back the postage is as much as the machine its self so you just paid to annoy yourself. If you have the money for this burn it on something else.

worked great however a piece came broken and the screw is severed and there is no way for me to get the screw out to replace. ***update*** I was in communications with the seller and they made it right. i’ve used this every single day while working since i’ve gotten it and it’s amazing. walking almost six miles a day. idk why I waited to get one for so long.

I purchased this Deer Run walking pad TWICE and experienced consistent belt drifting that could not be resolved through standard adjustments. I followed the recommended centering process multiple times, but the belt would shift again as soon as I began walking. I purchased my own replacement, but unfortunately the second unit had the exact same issue. In both cases, the belt was visibly off-center and loose. With adjusting, I couldn't get it right. At this point, it appears to be a product consistency or quality issue rather than a one-off defect. I would not recommend this walking pad based on my experience.

Not very happy with this product. It is very noisy. I wanted to return it but then found out I would have to pay the return postage. This product is very heavy. I’ve reached out to the seller and I’ve gotten very basic responses that don’t really help. I don’t think it’s gonna last very long.
