Is it comes with cartridge or it has reservoir tank?

It like Reservoir tank you can fill ink by pumping it

Is this original Hero pen?

Looks and feels the same. But not the same quality as we used to use as children. It is a cheaper remake, I guess.

Isme ink kaise bhari jati hai.ya cartridge kaise change karte hai.

It doesn't have a cartridge but an ink pump. So you will need an ink pot to fill ink.

What is the difference between these models?

All the three are same. Itss nice self loading fountain pen
