Got shoe of shorter size and have been complaining from 10 days (1-01-21) and still got no refund.

Comfortable but insole is not very durable, it upper cloth tore just after 3 months of usage, which was unexpected. Rest the shoes are very good, light weight compared to other brands. Can be wore whole day without any fatigue.
