It's the thing you want to wear.. When you have no work to do standing... Because wearing those and working... You'll find it irritating because of the half socks design which is not so comfortable... Rest the silicon cushion inside gives your heels relief... But does not cure the pain nor moisture your heel... 899/- for 3 pairs is quite expensive I'll say rather try the silicon ice pack it's more comfy and you won't feel that you made a useless expense. Thankyou that's my experience so please don't judge
