Soft silicone material. Works really good. Very stretchy. Washable. I have been using this pair for over a month and there is no rips or tears. Good quality. I only use this product at bedtime. First I apply foot cream, then I put on this product, and finally I put on a pair of fabric socks over everything. I have noticed great improvement for my heels. You could probably wear with shoes but I can see how some shoes or rigorous activity may damage or cut the product. Just wear at bedtime and they will last a long time. A+ Would definitely buy again, if necessary. Thanks!

It's very bad .. its slippery, u may really fall down . And how can it relief the pain , it is so loose on ur feet .. waste . And when I wanted to return, came to know it is non refundable .. my money is wasted .. save urs

I found this product useful. It helps to soften heels and vanish cracked heel in a week use. I will recommend this product to try out once . I washed (hand wash with light soap) it after a regular use. But I think by washing it's durability & elasticity reduce. How to use for better result : i suggest -wash your feet and apply crack cream or Vaseline on heels and wear it and leave it for night. At morning take out and wash with luke warm water and rub heels with brush or scrubber stone. ( it will remove all death cells and dirts. )

The Material is too thin to give a cushion for the paining foot. I did not get any relief in my pain. Product Material is soft and easy to wear but got torn in a month itself. Complete Waste of money. Maybe if the pads are thicker it might be a better experience

The product is excellent for immediate relief of calcaneal spur and plantar faciitis. The product is very easy to wear. It pulls up the heel muscle and relaxes the muscle. The force applied is very gentle. This is very effective. It also cures cracked heels. Just apply some foot cream, wear this product and it will heal them. It relieves pain rapidly. The only minus point is that the silicon material drags bed sheets while lying down or when changing clothes. But it can be managed. Price is justified. Go for it.

Looks like money waste. Its not a gel pad. Its just cheap quality silicon.which tore while trying to put it on! Absolute waste of money! N worst part, even though it shows its eligble for retun within ten days.. but when u try to return it, amzon wont accept it. Cheated!!
