An accurate micrometer. Good value for money.
This is a good quality micrometer at a reasonable price. Got the instrument at a good price. Amazon packaging was also good. Build quality : 1. The construction of the instrument is rock solid. Made of strong metal. 2. Plastic covering / cladding is also of good quality. ( Covers the metal frame. ) 3. The ratchet screw is smooth and prevents over tightening. 4. Display is big and clear. Stuff thats provided : 1. A nice box for the micrometer. 2. Spare battery. 3. Additional spare roller ( don't know where it is used). 4. User manual. 5. Key to open and close the battery door. Overall quality is good. All details are taken care of well and designed well. Only thing that needs improvement is the user manual. The English used is not clear enough.

the entire thing looks sturdy from the outside but its function hinges on one small flimsy nook made of spring steel inside the turn grip which dislocates easily. If it does it is virtually impossible to put it back into positition. Lousy quality not worth the price (or any price for that matter).

The reading keeps on varying every time you measure. Due to over sensitive rotating part.
