Packing and shipping incompetence
My purchase of tres leches cake was so badly damaged and soured when received that it was unrecognizable and inedible. Packing and shipping was grossly negligent. Cake was perishable with no protection in 100 degree heat. It was melted and mushy after being tossed around in shipment. No labeling on thin white plastic wrapper advising fed ex driver fragile and perishable. This bakery products look delicious but destroyed in shipping. Careless handling of perhaps a good product. Mine went straight to trash.
