Amazing for Chicken and Vegetables, Roast, or Stew
We like to cook a small chicken with Brussel sprouts on 400 for the first half hour then down to 325 for another hour (covered) then uncovered for 5 minutes under the broiler. For glaze/basting, we use sesame oil, garlic, honey, paprika, and lemon juice. The pot is magic!

Legal Pot
It seems odd to me that I would find myself claiming to love a pot, but I do. This is a heavy, easy to clean, attractive Dutch Oven. It is, in short, a really good item.

Good for the money
Not as shiny as those big brands, but it's enough for daily use and good for the money. So far, easy to clean. a bit sticky if you use it as a fry pan. Lighter than big brands.

Gorgeous colour, cooks quicker than others I've used so saves on energy, easy to clean with no staining from things like tomato or curry paste. So glad I spent that bit extra to get this top quality cookware
