Choline is an essential nutrient that is important for liver health and nerves. Unfortunately most people are deficient in it especially vegans including me as it is found mainly in animal products like liver, egg yolks. Choline deficiency leads to fatty liver disease which has become very common these days. I take this separately as my diet doesnt meet the RDA (450 mg).

I brought this product because I watched dr.bergs channel on YouTube and his advice on using choline for fatty liver issues but still haven’t experienced any cleanse like feeling in my body following this with along with keto also sometimes I feel a mild headache after taking this.anyways I haven’t yet completed the whole bottle and will come back and edit my review if I see any changes.

Not sure this product works for brain fog and nerve strength, instead I see reverse reaction of complete foggy head and upset stomach and my nerve pain is more and it took 2 days to get back normal.I bought this with lot of hope after reading several benefits of choline supplements so far nobody had adverse reaction like me or is this only product not working. I ll continue to try other brands as well to rule out whether choline really benefiting for brain fog and nerve strength.
