Is it Duplicate? Very bad quality it's not original product taste is very bad

I beg to differ! I used to buy these regularly when in the US. They are NOT duplicate, and their taste is excellent, just as I remember, melt-in-your-mouth, delicate. You may have received a spoilt batch, perhaps.

Will it be packed with special care to prevent melting?

Yes! The chocolates were sent with an ice pack which was not frozen upon arrival, but the chocolates were intact. The situation might be different in summer, though.

How should we return the product which is already delivered

Just go on the "Your Orders" page and look for the option of "Return." You will be asked why you want to return the product (doesn't really matter what you answer) and then you can place a return pickup for our product. But you need to return the product within a certain period after which returns are not possible in any way, so keep that in mind.
