## Description

Exceptional comfort and energy return for walking, running, and staying active all day.
Do these shoes run true to size?
Yes, our shoes run true to size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up by half a size.
What's the difference between M, W, and XW widths?
M (Medium) = Standard width, W (Wide) = Approximately ¼" wider than standard, XW (Extra Wide) = Approximately ½" wider than standard. If you typically wear wide shoes or prefer extra room in the toe box, we recommend W or XW.
Is there a break-in period?
Many customers feel comfortable right away. We recommend wearing your GDEFY shoes 1–2 hours daily for the first 3–5 days to allow the materials to adapt to your feet and your body to adjust to the rocker sole design.
Why does the sole feel different at first?
Our rocker sole design promotes a natural heel-to-toe gait and smooth transitions while walking. Most customers adapt within a few days. Start on flat surfaces and take your time on stairs until you're accustomed to the feel.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MOST Comfortable Supportive Shoes
*by on Reviewed in the United States September 11, 2026*

There’s something about these Gravity Defyer shoes that make them so comfortable to wear right out of the box and they are so supportive while walking at a fast pace. The choice of insoles cover either high or low arch conditions so they’ll work for anyone. I started ordering them a few years ago when I bruised my heel walking in less supportive shoes. The cushioning design under the heel is why I bought them, hoping to help my heel to get better and prevent future injuries. I’ve never had another heel injury. I’ve been so pleased with them that I’ve purchased 5 pairs over the last few years and I wear them all of the time - while walking for exercise and around the house all day long when I’m on my feet cooking and cleaning. I highly recommend these shoes. They are worth every cent they cost. I will be buying more when I need them.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing work shoes
*by on Reviewed in the United States October 8, 2026*

I love these shoes . They come in an extra wide which is plus for me since I have pancake feet . I am nurse and I have a bad knee and back . This helps tremendously with that pain and helps keep me active . The style of shoes is cute and I have received many compliments on them. I would highly recommend to any who stands or is on their feet constantly for work .

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great heel and overall support
*by on Reviewed in the United States October 6, 2026*

These Gravity Defyer Mighty Walk walking shoes were purchased to relieve pressure and provide support for plantar fasciitis. They offer very good heel and overall support, for hours, without the need for orthotic inserts. They were comfortable right out of the box, with no need for breaking in. They would almost be perfect except that the toe area is not wide enough. I don't have wide feet but do require extra room in the toe area; if you don't have a need for that they will probably suit your needs.
