I have taken Calcium D-glucarate on and off for estrogen dominance for several years. This formula appears to be very potent and possibly took my levels too low. I've been taking two pills/day for two months. Initially, I felt better (less cramps, PMS, lost weight). But, at the two-month mark, my anxiety started to increase and escalated into depression - I was crying multiple times per day for no apparent reason and lost all motivation to do anything. It definitely felt "hormonal". Nothing else had changed in my medication and supplements. I am currently taking a break to see if my body can get back to balance. I would recommend going with a lower dose for short periods of time to gauge your reaction.

Lowered estrogen noticeably. When I take too much I get stopped up - remember this is a sort of binder. Fine as long as I remember that, and kind of miraculous to have something to help with Phase 3 liver detox.
