These do have an extremely small seam but the nub is on the outside of the socks. On this pink pair it’s only one side has a nub that you can barely feel (but I know a sensory sensitive person will feel even the smallest texture). The texture of the socks are thick and somewhat soft...since it’s not 100% cotton. I was expecting the material to feel like those cheap dress up socks, but these are much thicker and feel pretty durable. These will work great for soccer and other activities that require athletic shoes. My kid lives in flip flops even in winter. She hates socks or any type of restriction around her feet. The fact that she gave me a thumbs up after trying these on is a big deal. If that thumbs up ever changes I will edit my review.
