top up card does not work
The phone itself works very well but the top up card did not work we had to contact EE direct to obtain a top up apparently the bar code strip on the card was damaged when it left the supplier otherwise it is a nice little phone.

battery on one phone will not charge
phones arrived in good time but one battery will not charge a load of hassle to send it back just for the battery more Chinese junk

Excellent flip phone, dead easy to set up and use and it has a great battery life. Just what I needed.
