## Description

This round, kapok-filled cushion is loved for its unique form, and traditionally used for meditation. A natural cotton case with double stitched seams and 100% Kapok stuffing ensure quality and longevity. Kapok (silk-cotton) is a plant fiber that is harvested from the Ceiba Tree. It is light, hygienic, hypoallergenic, very buoyant, breathable, resilient, and environmentally friendly. Kapok filled products have their own rather firm feel and supportive quality, much unlike foam or cotton filled products. The ergonomic design and quality of this Zafu raise the hips, making the entire range of sitting positions more stable and easier on your body. Perfect balance and comfortable support for your yoga and meditation practice. Pouf & Zafu Meditation Cushion Handmade from Thailand Size: 15.5"x8" In Filling: 100% Kapok

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Love it!

*by R***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2018*

This cool little item has made all the difference for me. I am tall, really long legged and arthritic in my hips and back. I am now able to comfortably sit and meditate without pain! Thanks!!! Namaste!

### ⭐⭐⭐

    It's tiny!

*by E***P on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2018*

It's attractive and sturdy but smaller than you think it is going to be. It's extremely firm and I can't imagine it would be useful for someone larger than me. (I'm 5'2"/ 125 lbs)
