Good polarized lens, stylish and protects the eyes from harmful UV light. Video and photo quality are better than most phone cameras. Choose the larger lens if you have wider face.

Le support est inaccessible si on achète par Amazon. Ray-Ban -> Lens Crafters -> Meta -> Rien
j'ai eu pour ma fête l'an dernier des lunettes Ray-Ban Meta. Pratique! J'ai fait des meetings avec, écouté de la musique. Depuis un certain temps, le micro a cessé de fonctionner, ou on m'entend de très loin. Bon, je peux dealer avec. Sans trop savoir si je devrais envoyer de l'air comprimé dedans ou quoi. Ce matin, je les mets, et elles bouclent... 100% chargées... lumière clignote... 100% chargées... et encore et encore. Je les regarde de plus près et la monture est brisée au niveau de la LED (l'indicateur pour l'IA, la charge, etc.). Je cherche le support. Où je les ai achetés on m'envoie sur le site de Ray-Ban qui disent de contacter Lens Crafters (ils appartiennent à Ray Ban à ce que je comprends). Ils me virent de bord assez rapidement. Les lunettes n'ont pas été achetées chez eux (les lentilles oui en revanche). Bref, on me dirige vers le service à la clientèle de Ray-Ban. Pas facile à trouver! On m'envoie sur des bots de chat où on ferme la communication. Bref, 1 heure plus tard, je décide de dire que je n'ai pas un téléphone portable pour parler à quelqu'un. Bon. Pour débuter, je suis en français Canada, évidemment. Je sélectionne tout pour parler en français, etc. Et ça répond en anglais. Je demande si la personne parle en français avec très peu d'espoir... bin non. Alors on va faire ça en anglais. Je lui explique la cassure sur ma monture de lunette. Des Lunettes Ray-Ban, si solides! Ça ne devrait pas casser!. Bref, la maudite musique gossante sur "hold" pendant je ne sais combien de temps, et finalement il me revient pour me dire qu'il ne peut rien faire, que je devrais contacter un Lens Crafters.... Genre la première chose que j'ai faite... Sur la "boutique Meta" sur Amazon, pas moyen d'avoir du soutient non plus. Pas de lien, pas de numéro de téléphone. Bref, 400$+ pour la monture, 800$+ pour les verres, et il semble que je doive accepter que je ne peux rien y faire. Alors sachez-le et n'achetez pas de Ray-Ban Meta à moins d'avoir 1200$+ à gaspiller.
