Overall, I have very little to complain about. ASSEMBLY: Fairly easy to assemble, despite me being bad at following instructions. I'm fairly small, and was able to assemble it myself in about 2 hours. I only needed support from my husband to hold the monitor steady. TECHNOLOGY: the iFit technology is great as usual. $40/mo membership is very reasonable for all the features that it has. QUALITY: The bike is very solid, and STURDY! The height adjustments are good. I'm 5' 3", and had to adjust the seat to the lowest setting and raise the handle bars. I do have to use a small step stool to get onto the saddle, as its a little high even on the lowest setting. I've been using it for almost 2 months now and it's holding up really well. No squeaking, even when peddling quickly. Big fan of the incline and resistance that can be controlled from the handlebars or the screen. The machine responds quickly when changing the incline and resistance. CON: My ONLY con is the seat. It's hard. I tried to purchase another seat to install but it wasnt compatible. I purchased a gel seat cover to strap onto the seat and it made it more comfortable, but only for short rides. Building it was easier than expected with few parts to wrangle. Once it was all set up and working we have loved the auto incline / decline feature along with the auto adjust of the resistance. The adjustments for the saddle work well for us both, (me 5'5" / him 6'3') and the bike is extremely smooth and quiet. The inbuilt fan is great too. Overall the ifit software is brilliant, we have found instructors we like and locations to dream about, I've completed 12 rides around Tahiti and the instructor was awesome, both in coaching terms but also general chat about where he was, the islands, lifestyles etc It like biking though a travel program, escapism. It was a choice between Nordick and another well know brand, I'm super pleased with my choice, the interactive software incline and decline option swung it for purchase but now we know the ifit software is way way better than its supposed competition.
