I really like this tin. Out of the box it comes as is, well wrapped but with no instruction manual - that is fine. If you are ordering a speciality tin such as this you will probably already have bread recipes. The only challenge was how much to fill the tin if you are using the lid so you get a square loaf - its really trial and error based upon the bread you are making but I found about 4/5th full worked very well.The tin is very easy to clean. You do need to avoid abrasives, but its not really necessary - the bread comes out cleanly with a slight tap when a bit cooled and any left on the tin can be rubbed off with a finger or a few seconds soaking and a sponge.Really this is a perfect tin, a good size, easy to clean and makes lovely bread. I love this product! I used it same day that it arrived and the first photo is the result. The first time I used spraylix on the tin and lid and also made sure that the dough In the tin was about an inch below the top before I put lid on. Results were splendid. Second time I didn’t spray it and just relied on it being non stick and I ended up with the bread welded to the tin and had to lever it out which ruined the shape of the loaf and I was concerned that I’d damaged the tin. Thankfully I hadn’t and next loaf was perfect (to my eyes and taste anyway). Great way to get a good home baked sandwich loaf ! Second photo is latest attempt... wasn’t in oven as long as first one but still has nice crisp crust and colour...

Great bit of kits, and can take about 1500grams of dough.

Bought this several months ago. Still going strong. Lovely evenly baked straight-sided loaves, perfect for sandwiches. It had got a bit 'tacky'/sticky on the outside of the tin which I'm struggling to get off (I don't grease the tin) and has just got worse every week but doesn't affect the 'bake' in any way. Have been using it weekly for 5 months and it's great.

Well the tin performs well ,easy to keep clean ,and the lid is a great feature as you can place your bread doe strait in the tin ,slide the lid on and prove it for 30 mins and then bake at 220c for 30 mins and it comes out perfect for slices of toast ,easy to slice after cooling ,the skys the limit ,ideal for spelt flour bread ,date and walnut loaf ,bannana bread , cinnamon loaf ,just brilliant results every time !.Baking my own Spelt flour projects for better health and a more nutrient product result ,and the great smell of fresh baked bread with fresh yeast its a must buy !.

This is a very good product and essential item for baking bread loaf. I used to bake bread by bread machine from start to finish but I am now using this bread baking tin for the finish (I'm still using the machine for kneading & 1st fermentation) and it looks/tastes so much better. Easy to clean and you don't need to put any oil/butter inside before baking (dough won't stick at all). Very satisfied.

This is fab.I had a go at making low carb bread and it came out really well (check out Keto King for the recipe).I hadn’t lined it with parchment paper or sprayed anything in it and still the bread came out without sticking to it at all and looked almost professional with a nice shape to it.I hadn’t used the lid so it had a nice dome effect where it has risen, no complaints at all so far.

We had to wait a bit on delivery but it was totally worth it, using it with the lid makes a massive perfectly square loaf (for a toastie machine or to slip right into a toaster) or take the lid off and bet a huge loaf that looks stunning. Out next purchase, size down (medium) lidded x2. These are so worth the money, we got gold, they look fantastic. We recommend.
