Overall, I love this case. Solid bmild, no worries about my petals getting screwed up because of a cloth case or so forth. Really like the price of this however there is a caveat. If you’re not going to use a separate actual pedal tree inside of this I find that the Velcro doesn’t stick is solidly as some may like. It’s also recessed at the bottom so you may have to set it up higher with another board a little bit even though I don’t. Last but not least, I had to go out and spend about $30 on foam so that when I closed it and carried it the petals didn’t fly everywhere in the case.

Arrived in a few days (sent immediately by the seller), well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Came with a ton of high quality (strong adhesive) velcro. I had an issue and wanted to refund the case so I reached out to the seller. Got an immediate response with several options but in the end realized that I was being too rough on the board by ripping the pedals (with velcro) off the board. Since then I've been using a credit card to slide underneath to loosen the pedal. The seller is awesome and the build quality is very high. I've owned ATA cases and racks costing much more by brand name manufacturers and this is easily the same quality BUT when you factor in the price..... hands down the best case for the money. Factor in the excellent customer service and you can't go wrong with these guys. Buy with confidence. Thank you

Some people here seem confused. This isn't a pedalboard. This is a case to protect and transport your pedalboard--and the tray can become the base for your pedalboard, even when you're not transporting it. As such, it's amazingly strong for the money. I like it so much I'm going to rebuild my pedalboard to fit it, as it's a bit bigger than my existing pedalboard. This hardshell case, plus a little time at your local hardware store, and you can have a nice, easily transportable custom pedalboard. Or you can drop your existing commercial pedalboard into it--rather than the soft case that come with most of them.

Case itself is well built and sturdy, latches and handles are great quality. Case has a bit of heft but isn’t too heavy. Disappointed however with the material used on the pedal surface - the carpet will not even slightly adhere to Velcro, which is ironic as I received a large strip of one side of Velcro with this product, which wouldn’t stick to the carpet! I ended up removing the carpet altogether and used dual lock to stick my pedals to the hard foam underneath. The foam is rock hard and has so far been great in conjunction with the dual lock. Points off for having a useless carpeted surface.

Works great. People complain about the interior material.Here’s what you do: cut a piece of door skin (1/8” plywood) to Fit snug in the lid. Paint it black and install it (mine fit snug enough to need no adhesion). Then you just use hook and loop Velcro where you need it. I even fastened my Strymon bridge/hatch through the door skin before I installed it. Which worked out well.

This product is great if you want a hard box. Its totally useless as a pedalboard case without significant additional work and expense. Velcro will not adhere to the base material. Neither the velcro already on my pedals, or even the velcro provided with the case. The base should be loop material, but whatever they used does not have the nap for the hook side to adhere to. Junk. May as well just toss your pedals in box.If you are looking for a project and are happy to spend time cutting, fitting and gluing to make this functional, then this may work for you. If you think you should be able to velcro your pedals down and live happily ever after when you pay $130 for a pedalboard case, keep looking.This one is going back.

Working perfectly for my fractal AX8 and two expression pedals. I added to rubber feet to the front side for grip on stage to keep the unit from sliding around.
