I have never kept any maple cream for 10-20 years but I doubt it would last this long! I have had some in my cupboard for 6 months and it is pretty hard and dry. Maybe refrigerator would have been better. Maple syrup seems good in refrigerator for long periods.

How do I find the grade B page?

I did not find anything on their web site about selling any Grade B products, I onlt found Grade A. You might contact them via their web site.
