Great Purple Shampoo
I really like this purple shampoo! It leaves my hair feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. It does a great job of reducing unwanted yellow and brassy tones, especially on blonde, silver, or highlighted hair. I also love that it has a pleasant scent and doesn’t leave my hair feeling too dry. A little goes a long way, and the large bottle is a great value. I would definitely recommend it!

Just what I wanted!
This product is what I was looking for. It helped my silver hair really shine and took the dullness out. It did not have a bad odor and left my scalp feeling moisturized. I did use my regular conditioner after the shampoo.

I swapped a dandruff remover shampoo and a purple shampoo that I had been using for years for this one. For less than two months I have been using only this TeaTree Shampoo and my hair and scalp are in better shape than ever.

Keeps hair white - Nobody wants to be a blue-haired chick.
This is okay - I was used to using Paul Mitchell that leaves my hair squeaky-clean. I miss the squeak. Otherwise, it's okay - thick and there's more product than PM. My hair is white. This works to keep it that way - no purple or blue. Nothing worse than being an OLD BLUE-HAIRED senior chick.

The Difference Shampoo
Soft fragrance, great value, the pump is great and useful, lather great, scalp felt lighter, the shampoo is light weight

Caused a painful rash all over my head and neck. Went to ER for treatment. 3 days of pain
The shampoo caused an allergic reaction after 3rd day of use. Imlarge raised round spots formers..about 15 of them from my shoulders to the top of my head. There was also a large patch of irritated in the middle of my back. I spent 5 hrs in the ER and got 3 prescriptions. I endured burning and itching pain for almost 2 days until the drugs helped. I would like a refund .

Whites don't pop and hair feels oily
I purchased the Kesmedik purple shampoo when I couldn't find the purple shampoo I had been using. What I noticed right away is that this shampoo leaves a residue on my hair, making it a bit heavy and waxy. I don't mind the smell of the product, but I don't feel it does anything for helping me with styling. I have thin hair, but lots of it, so weighing it down makes it look greasy. It helps a little bit with removing the brassy tone, but not as much as my old shampoo. Update: I recently found the purple shampoo that I had been using prior to using the Kesmedik. What a difference! I now know without a doubt that there is a difference between these purple shampoos. The Kesmedik isn't for my type of hair. It's too oily and weighs my hair down, and doesn't do a good job of making the whites pop. The purple shampoo that I was using before Kesmedik (unfortunately, I can't name it here because they won't post my review if I do) does a much better job at cleaning without weighing my hair down and really makes the whites in my hair pop and look amazing.
