So what are the indredients? Ive taken requip, and nothing helps! I usually massage my legs with arnica gel!

Hylands Restless Legs lists their ingredients as Acacia Gum and Lactose. Here is the truth......I use at least of these tablets every single night. If my legs are really giving me a fit with those oh so irritating crawling, tingling, jerky movements I take three more. They don’t taste bad and they dissolve almost instantly. I have been a customer for at least 14 years and they have never failed to calm my legs down. I c9nsider them a God send.

How long does it work

It really depends on how bad the restlessness is. I have it pretty bad but it seems to work through the night...6-8 hours. The only time that it doesn't work that long is if I need to use it during the day and then it may only last 2-3 hours. I have found during the day if I get up and move around after I have taken it - it seems to work better. I hope this helps.

The box I bought has no expiration date on it. What gives?

There is no date on these. If you need to know the expiration there is a lot number on the bottle and you can call the manufacturer to get the info from that.

The box says "PM" now... What does that mean?

This has all the same RLS ingredients as the non-PM, but adds Chamomilla and Coffea Cruda, which both are supposed to help disruptive sleep. The Hyland's for RLS are shockingly effective for me. I use occasionally/as-needed and get nervous when I'm running low!
