I was skeptical at first and honestly didn’t expect much, but I was at my wit’s end trying to get restful sleep. After using this, I noticed a real improvement. It calmed the restless feeling in my legs and helped me fall asleep much easier than I anticipated.I was concerned it might just be a placebo effect, but the difference was noticeable. It worked better than I expected and provided genuine relief.Overall: For anyone struggling with restless legs at night, this is worth trying. It worked for me when nothing else did.

I have trouble with restless legs at night. This product works excellent for me. I use 2 or 3 at night before I go to bed. I cannot turn my thoughts off at night . This helps me sleep better as well. It works through the night.

This product works! I have developed RLS - it's inherited from my father. I have it not only at night when I'm trying to go to sleep, but also during the day if my legs are curled up under me on my chair. When I'm in bed trying to fall asleep, RLS keeps me awake with constant movement and often associated cramping. I take two of these and within 30 minutes, the constant movement and sometimes cramping in my feet, ankles, and calves is significantly reduced or completely gone and I can fall asleep. I highly recommend this product.

I have developed terrible restless leg after being in a bad car wreck a year and a half ago. I was absolutely miserable every night and one night awake due to the extreme discomfort while the rest of the world slept, I researched OTC remedies and found these. The reviews were mixed but the overarching theme was that these do work. I ordered immediately and couldn't wait to try them. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, initially they worked using the dosage amount written on the box; however, not too long after starting them they stopped working at the 1-2 pill dosage and I had to continuously up the number I take for them to be effective and now I take 5 or more at a time. That being said, in my opinion, they are worth having bedside and I don't ever let them run out. I am now on a Rx medication but sometimes even the Rx doesn't help as much as I need (I woke up with severe discomfort around 3:00 am took 5 of these and they helped me get back to sleep quickly and I slept comfortably until I had to get up) and having these on standby for those times the Rx just isn't cutting it alone, for me, is a must.I only gave 4 stars because I do have to take so many for them to work and costs add up but they do work. I swear by them especially in a 'rescue' situation.

My mother had this odd medical issue and one of my brothers and I inherited it, though to a lesser degree. I'm not a hardcore adherent to "only natural" remedies, nor am I convinced that homeopathy is sound science in all cases, but this is honestly the only thing that has ever worked for me on those nights when I'm twitching and it's keeping me awake. They dissolve quickly, don't taste terrible and work fast. Hyland's been in business a long time, so I have no qualms about the manufacturing. If nothing else works, give it a try - it's inexpensive and hopefully you find relief.

I have restless legs in bed or even while sitting and sometimes in my arms too. I tried everything in the stores but they were useless and over priced or full of ingredients I felt unsafe using. Hylands is a miracle. It's speedy too I felt relief in less then 10 minutes. I can finally sleep normal again.. Very easy to use, has no taste and all natural ingredients which I look for and good quality. I carry a bottle in my purse and have one by the bed. I even recommended these to my doctor for her restless legs and she said it's the best advice she ever got from a patient lol!!

Great price, quick delivery. I had not bought this product before but it seems to help ok. Next time will probably go back to the regular formula instead of the PM. Easy to take. Helps most days with my dad’s severe restless legs.We have used the excellent quality hylands products for many years and love that they are a safer option in this world of pill popping.
