Not the one!
I have had numerous H2Pro hair straighteners and loved them. Unfortunately this one is horrible!!!!! Design is clunky and awkward to use. It pulls my hair and I can feel/hear it breaking on the every time I use it Would not recommend this straightener!!! Keep looking!!!!!

Not as expected
Doesn't get hot enough. I have soft fine hair so I really don't understand. Passed over section of hair 3 times, which you should never do, and it's still not even semi straight
