Great heat patches. Helps my severe back pain when it gets too much. I can fall asleep with one on, and it’ll still be warm in the morning. Very durable and heat lasts a long time! Will definitely buy again.

Got these for my back when I pull or strain something. The heat really eases the pain and these patches last ages - put it on in the morning and it will still be effective 8-9 hours later.The sticker works well but choose well as it wont stick well a second time.

Purchased for a back pain sufferer who says they aided a little but it is best if you have someone to place them on for you

I’ve been using these heat patches for many years, as I have had problems on and off with lower back pain. They are excellent! They stay stuck to the skin all day, I have never had any problems with them falling off like some reviewers say. Just make sure the skin is clean and dry before you stick the patch on, and don’t try to remove it and restick it.The heat is gentle but surprisingly effective. You might think it’s not doing anything, but when you take it off in the evening you can feel how warm the skin is underneath.I have found them extremely helpful in reducing any bouts of back pain.
