Zyllion ZMA-13RB Back and Neck Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, Black

I want to gift this to my Mother, sister, aunt and friend, this thing is just TOO GOOD! It targets every area of the body head to toe, you just need to get creative in your positioning - I've been using it everyday in bed just right after waking up and before going to sleep and it helps me go to bed more relax and come out of it more energized - especially because you are "forced" to breath deeper and that on its own makes wonder. A friend of mine recommended it to me, he has 3 years with his and has taken it internationally on the plane (beware, there are airlines that won't aloud it) - but I'm wishing to have mine for years to come as well. I'll recommend getting the rechargeable one, because it's just easier to move around and take it places. I find that it has a decent battery life - I want to say close to two hours, but hasn't measured the time - I just plug it in if I know I've used it quite a lot. It gives me tge peace of mind that if some aches in the body I know I have my zillion at home waiting for me to make things softer. (Make sure it comes with the sleeve!- I had to write to support because of them didn't)

I love this massager! I purchased one for myself and then a second one for my husband! It’s great to decrease tension in the low back muscles. It works great to place it against the back rest of my couch or recliner and I lean back on it. I generally sit on a folded blanket to target my lower lumbar and sacral area (lower part of the low back) , then remove it to target the lumbar spine (general low back area). The heat feature is great too. I usually make sure I use my shirt or a small towel as an extra barrier if I use it for a few cycles as it gets pretty warm, but it works great. I like it so much I will probably buy a few as gifts for Christmas this year! Edit: I have purchased 2 of these massagers as gifts with great response! I have been a physical therapist for over 15 years and I specialize in treating chronic pain, low back and neck pain, pelvic pain, and headaches. This is a WONDERFUL tool for my patients to use to help manage their symptoms. I have recommended it countless times for my patients and actually got one to keep in my clinic to allow them to try it. Having a tool that can help decrease muscle pain is a great way to help my patients be able to tolerate the exercises that will help them move better which is where the healing process starts. The Zyllion customer service reps are always quick to respond to any questions I’ve had about their products. I’ve had this unit for my personal use for over 2 years and it is still going strong! I highly recommend this product!!

We bought two of these five years ago and they got a lot of use. We like it so much that when one stopped working we purchased the new one. The new one doesn't have a standard plug to charge, it's a USB without a cube. I don't think it charges the massager as well as the previous generation. I also hate that I can't just plug it in like we used to. I had to buy a cube or charge it on the kitchen counter where we charge our iphones.

I’ve been using this massager for a few months, and it is exactly what my lower back needs from all the hours I need to sit to do my job. Most notably, and unlike most low-cost retail massage devices that are really just silly toys and novelty items not up to the task of kneading muscles, let alone the hard, stubborn, tight ones of the tense lower back of a grown man, this one “brings it”; it provides a very respectable and substantial kneading strength that provides real relief for my tense lower back. There are no token “intensity” settings or other such superfluous controls because anyone who’s serious about relief via massage from a small, affordable retail device such as this one is concerned with getting *sufficient* strength from it as opposed to getting too much. There is a lone power button with the only three modes the device actually needs: on; on with heat (kneaders light up red); off. If you are looking for a light massage, I do not recommend this device. You might be better off with one of those “seat pad”-type devices (like those made by HoMedics). However, for those looking for a legitimate and strong lower back massage, you’ve found it. This device is the real deal, and the price is very reasonable for something of this quality and effectiveness. On a related note, this company has superlative customer service and, without a doubt, one of the best I’ve experienced among Amazon sellers or really anywhere, for that matter. Zyllion is a seller that stands behind its products and appreciates its customers. The next time I’m in the market for a massage device of any sort, Zyllion will be the very first company whose offerings I look to. If you want a strong lower back massage, you should buy this product without reservation.

I have gone through a bunch of these pillows through the years. They really give you a good massage. The downfall is most of the ones I have in the past would wear out after a couple of years, either the massaging node would break off or the gear wheel would break or the mesh would tear and it would be such a pain to try and get a replacement I would just give up and buy a new one. This one is different in that it lasted me for five years after I bought it from Zyllion which proves it was much better quality, for one thing they provide a spandex girdle the fits tightly over the cloth mesh for the massaging nodes to reduce friction and prevent tearing. Second the gear wheels are much more durable. That being said the massaging node did break off here recently, but thanks to the accessible zipper cover which I could open (most other companies make it very difficult to take the cover off without breaking the zipper) I was able to remove the cover and was able to replace the massaging node with a simple screw driver and part which Zyllion was willing to provide for me free even though five years had elapsed since I purchased it. Also since the outer mesh was wearing away they also replaced that as well. So great product and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I just got my shiatsu pillow today and I love it! Has just enough heat to feel good without making you get really hot and definitely makes a difference on my lower back plus the back of my head and neck!!’ Have to make sure and get it in the proper place or it will hurt if you have it on a Bone area though! Even made my legs feel better! I have RLS so my legs are restless and frequently achy, and this definitely helps! So far battery life has been great! Amazing! Worth every penny!

HELLO. FELLOW AMAZON USERS. AS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF ZYLLION PRODUCTS......I WOULD RECCOMMEND ANYONE...... NOT TO BUY THE MESSAGER MODEL NO. ZMA-34RB. THIS IS THE MESSAGER THAT CAN BE USED WITHOUT A POWER CORD (RECHARGERABLE) OR WITH A POWER CORD. THIS IS THE TOP TIER MODEL. THE REASON? IT HAS A FATAL FLAW THAT CANNOT BE REPAIRED. I PURCHASED IT AND YOU CANNOT CONNECT THE A/C POWER CORD TO THE UNIT SECURELY AND AS A RESULT OF THAT.......THE A/C POWER CORD KEEPS DETASCHING FROM THE UNIT... IT IS VERY CUMBERSOME TO HAVE THAT FLAW....AS SLIGHT MOVEMENT....UNPLUGS THE MESSAGER. I'VE HAD THE SELLER SEND ME 2 OTHER REPLACEMENT UNITS.....SAYING.......DON'T WORRY....WILL SEND YOU A GOOD ONE.....BUT EVEN THOSE HAD THE SAME ISSUE.......WHICH LEAD ME TO BELIVE THAT THIS IS A MANUFACTORS DEFECT THAT EFFECTS ALL OF THE UNITS FOR THAT MODEL NO. IN THE END, I HAD TO RETURN THEM ALL.....IN 2 TRIPS TO THE POST OFFICE..... WASTING ALOT OF TIME, GAS, DRIVING, WATING IN LINE AT THE POST OFFICE, PRINTING LABELS ECT.

It's not very strong. Don't like that it dies very quickly and the stopping every 15 mins. It's not very useful and may returning.

I've used it after every basketball game to reduce the back pain. There is a notable decrease in back tension and an improvement in mobility. The 15min timer is perfect.

I bought the Zyllion Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager - Cordless Rechargeable 3D Kneading Massage Pillow from Amazon on 11th August 2023. I had a similar massage pillow (not cordless) for many years. When it finally stopped working, I ordered this new massage pillow PRIMARILY because it is cordless. My new purchase was delivered next day. It came with a UK 3 pin plug charger. The massage pillow is very well made, light to carry and looks very smart. Most of all, being cordless, it is very convenient for use anywhere. I use it indoors and in the garden. I was very happy with it until October 2023. Something was wrong with the plug. It would not charge, so the massage pillow would not work. I contacted Amazon because it is under one year guarantee. But Amazon stated that I need to contact the seller (Zyllion) because it was more than 30 days old. I was EXTREMELY annoyed. Eventually, I emailed the seller’s customer services in America on 9th January this year. I explained the situation and they sent me a new US 2 pin plug. They said it would take between 7 to 10 business days to arrive. I received it yesterday (18TH January). Being a US 2 pin plug, I ordered a USA to UK 3 pin plug adaptor from Amazon. The massage pillow is in good working order now. Hopefully, it should work for many years without any problems. This review is to say a BIG thank you to the Zyllion’s customer services. They have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend their products and they have first class customer services if they are needed.

Good product. Mine had a defect after 5 months. The company quickly responded by sending me a brand new one within 3 business days! Good communication and fast delivery.
