Is this made in China??

Don'y know but its made very well I purchased 2 of them.

I need 200 or more at a discounted price of $7.00 a piece? These will be giving away at my women’s church conference.

An excellent gift for your Women’s Conference. Would be appreciative by all attendees. Alll who attend should think about “Jeremiah 29:11” - ‘the plan’; it was worthwhile to be in attendance. OnHisJourney - TxWhite

What are the dimensions in inches?

4 1/2 wide, 7 1/2 long and 1inch think with it being half full. I tote a small purse and it fits perfectly. Still loving this wallet

Do you have a similar option for men? or, do you think it would be less feminine if i removed the tassel? would that be very difficult, do you think?

No the tassel is easy to remove.
