I paid $145.00 for delivery and they would not bring it in the house for me. I am in my 70's and would very much have appreciated this service (especially at $145 delivery charge).The bed is comfortable so far, have ony had it a week.lyn

I must say that the mattress is awesome. I bought it for my adult daughter's room which will be becoming a guest room as soon as she pays off her student loans and can purchase her own home. That being said, we needed a good quality mattress at a very reasonable price. This "fit the bill." I gave it four stars because the shipping was horrendous. I had to complain to Amazon two times because It took so long to receive the mattress. We got rid of her old mattress when the "guarantee delivery date" was nearby. That was a mistake. We didn't receive it for 8 days LATER than what was promised. It was so frustrating. I am a big time Amazon shopper and have never had such an issue. In conclusion, my daughter does seem to get a better night's sleep while sleeping on this thing. It is plush and oh so comfy. Would definitely recommend, but with another buyer.

Received the mattresses and loved them. However, I started over time having back and neck pains. By April ,my knees had started hurting so bad, I could barely walk. I figured I needed new mattress because mine had a deep dip in the middle of the mattress. I had completely forgotten my mattresses were barely a year old. I had brought them in March of 2016. I called Amazon and knew the situation would be handled. Amazon gave me the number to mattress firm, who sold the product. From that point on it was a losing battle. Not only did mattress firm not handle the problem, but they continued to pass me from person to person with everyone saying, "You have to talk to Marlo or Chase." Not only have I not talked to them, I never even received a courtesy call back. I thought Amazon would rectify the problem. After talking to many representatives from Amazon, a "supervisor" got in the phone so eager to say it was my problem, he spoke so fast I could barely understand him. For the first time , after being a faithful customer, Amazon truly dropped the ball. As of this writing, I had to replace the mattresses out of my own pockets, without an ounce of concern from Amazon or mattress firm. I live on a fixed income and and it is a struggle, but Praise God, I now have an adjustable bed to accommodate my painful neck, back, and knees. BEWARE OF mattress firm and their mattresses, they didn't stand behind their product.

I originally wanted to order this bed from Macys.com and they would not deliver it to my address so I looked on amazon and found the same exact bed for over $100 cheaper! I placed the order and was given an anticipated delivery date that was about a week or two from the purchase date. The bed did come about 3 days earlier than the earliest estimated delivery date which was a plus however I ran into issues with delivery. Because I was not home I had to have someone accept the package for me and schedule an exact delivery time. I tried to do this and I believe there was some miscommunication because I was told the delivery would be made between 11am and 1pm and the delivery attempt was made at around 4pm when no one was there to accept the package. The delivery company was very accommodating and although they made two delivery attempts, they still held my package for me for two weeks and tried to deliver it a third time which is when I received it. I loveeeeeee the bed! it is super comfortable and supportive. It is not too soft and not hard at all. I have got a great night sleep ever since I started sleeping in it with minimal tossing and turning (I get night hot flashes). I would definitely recommend this bed to others. It is great quality and you don't even need a mattress pad/topper to make it comfortable. Great buy!

I hadn't bought a new bed in at least 10 years (maybe longer). I live with my sister and her husband and they were talking about needing a new bed, so they purchased this one (in a King) and they kept saying how much they wished they had bought it sooner. They've had it for at least 6 months and still talk about what a comfortable bed it is and how they look forward to going to bed. I waited a while and kept listening to them talk about this bed....now I own this bed and I wish I had ordered it sooner! It makes going to bed such a delight!
