Perfect for notes and the GAZILLION PASSWORDS I have to remember.

I like the quality but I think they are kind of expensive.

Okay, I love these and have used them for years. The paper is excellent quality and the cover is tough. I keep one by my bed and one at my desk and jot down whatever. Some notes go into my computer, others get shredded. They are just wonderfully convenient and fit in a purse if needed. I only want the red because I can see them more easily amongst the other papers in my life. And I love red.The cost of these has fluctuated over the years and I've always bought them from Amazon. But today, when I felt I needed to resupply, I bought from Staples and will pick them up rather than pay for delivery (what the heck, I'm often out near them). My advice is to ALWAYS check around before buying.

I got these notebooks in a few different colors so that I could give them to my daughter who is just about to graduate high school soon. She LOVES to write and I mean write like in stories a huge one she is working on right now has taken up four other notebooks worth of work and she prefers to do it old school by hand right there in her books so I decided to get her a few nice ones for her birthday. I liked how they had nice different colors so she can remember which one she is writing in and which ones she is editing etc. also I thought the word Classified across it made it look almost like a 'do not touch this do not read this' type thing and she hates it when people go and read her stories without her being ready. so that way she can point to it and say 'see it is classified so stay out without authorization' or something equally as cool for kids these days right?another thing that is cool about them is that they are not tiny like a lot of personal notebooks these days which makes them hard to write a lot in (well and read it back again successfully) as well as not terribly too BIG either so that they do not fit into things like say 'back pack pockets' and such when you want to tuck one away without it being too obvious? well mission accomplished she loved them especially the pretty colors and she is writing up a storm in them which is also awesome. so I WILL be buying more of these eventually I just gotta remember what colors I have gotten already so I can try not to double down too soon....

This would have been great if the pages were white but they are purple. Too hard to read my writing on the pages.

I love this notebook!! I use them for work because I'm old school and always taking notes by hand. What I love is the left-side spiral with the perforated pages, so I can rip the pages out very cleanly. Also, the cardboard backer is not perfectly solid, but is SOOOO much thicker than the other flimsy notebooks that I have purchased. It's very easy to write on this notebook while you're holding it in your hands (vs. writing on a desk or other hard surface). It is also nice looking, the plastic cover is sturdy and doesn't get all marked up (takes a beating in my purse), which brings me to my favorite part, the size. Large enough to take a lot of notes, small enough to still fit into my purse. It's ideal!
