Is there any brand of blush that isn’t shiny or shimmery?

Burts Bees isn't shiny. It's perfect.

Does it work well and non irritating on fair, sensitive, mature, rosacea skin?

The Blush Bay on my cheeks blends perfectly with my rosacea to help even out the rosy color. No irritation, indeed, it smooths my skin.

How do you get more blush out of the stick? It doesnt swtist or push out, so how are you supposed to use this product?

Mine does rotate for more product.
