I love this soap
This donkey milk soap is easy to melt and pour. Very nice texture and easy to use. No scent but formed great and creates a nice soft lather. Love it and plan to purchase again

This soap base is easy to work with. My customers love it, and it’s great for aging skin. Cleopatra swore by donkey milk soap, after all. It’s also convenient for cutting due to the flatness of the loaf.

Complicated or perhaps not?
I already called customer service and wrote to amazon on this product. Now please I would also appreciate if it can be found okay. I saw this white donkey milk soap on Amazon Choice and was delighted with the wording describing the ingredients or so I thought. I could not understand some of the ingredients on there and went to look it up to get an explanation as to whether this Donkey Milk Soap could be used for the face body or as a shampoo bar. It turns out the packaging above which I received was nowhere to be found. Not on the address provided, not on Candlewic, not made in Canada or to put the 'Tin Hat on it" not even on Soap Expressions by Candlewic. All other soaps with this packaging I found Goats Milk base Glycerin base even Shea Butter. Where oh where is the packaging that will tell me what I bought is indeed what I am told it is. Otherwise I cannot in all good conscience send a soap to my Mom and 15 siblings in Ireland only to discover they are all laid up in bed. LOL. Please Help?

what I expected

Did not weigh 2 pounds
I ordered this specifically for a special order requiring 2 pounds of soap. I have never weighed anything from this company but I’ve always been pleased with their products. This didn’t feel right to me so I decided to weigh it & sure enough it is 3 ounces short for what I need. I would very much appreciate a replacement seeing as I did pay for 2 pounds & I buy a lot from this company. I understand mistakes happen but that is false advertising. Now my order will not be ready in time because I need the full 2 pounds.

Not as advertised
It is advertised as a 2 pound block, it only weighed 28 ounces. 4 ounces makes a difference when you need it for an order. I will not buy this brand again.
