My neck area had started sagging and getting that crepe paper look that comes with age. Since I started using this, there has been a noticeable and marked improvement. I was amazed that it actually works so well!!! Several notes: - Disregard those reviews that say this is tap water....it is not! - The instructions are very generic (based on the concentration of the serum....1% in this case), which I believe is because the same instructions apply to other DIY products that Skin Perfections sells - I took a 2 oz container and put in my normal serum, added 6 drops initially (3 drops per oz) and stirred thoroughly. I've added one additional drop per oz since then - I've done the same with my regular face cream - I use both in the morning and then a prescription Retin A in the evening (I've been using Retin A for years so the improvement I mentioned is not being driven by the Retin A) One last note....I've reached the point where I try to steer clear of sellers that provide samples free of charge or at a discount in exchange for reviews because you never know whether or not you're getting honest feedback.
