It's great because you can pick the heating level you prefer, and it keeps the water heated to that level. Otherwise, you'll have to spend valuable time and effort trying to monitor your heat levels and length of time of the stones in your crock pot or other device you're using. And even with the effort, you will sometimes end up with stones that aren't hot enough and sometimes that are too hot. This makes it no effort, and consistent results.It's very easy to use. A reviewer said they couldn't figure out where the water goes, but I think it's fairly obvious - there is a large pot and it's the only pot there is. The only other place you could put the water is if you removed the large pot and put water directly into the part of the heater that heats the pot, but I don't think anyone would do so.It's like a rice cooker - you take the pot out of the cooker, put the rice and water in the pot and slide the pot into the cooker/heater. Same here. Take the pot out, fill it with water and put it back in. That way, you don't need to carry the whole machine to the sink, just the fairly lightweight pot.

I researched many of hot stone heaters before choosing this one. This was the perfect size. Hold a lot of different shaped stones. It heats up quickly. This product has worked well for me. Very pleased.

Happy so far. The only thing that disappointed me was that the lid is metal and it makes getting the stones out a little noisier than I'd like. There may be a reason the lid is metal maybe all stone warmers have a metal lid. I don't know as this is my first one. Other than that it great. Works good. The controls can be a little tricky (settings) but read the enclosed materials and it will explain. Also, be sure and do the burn out or whatever it's called where you plug it in outside and let the elements burn off the coating. It stinks and you'll want to do this outside. I'm so glad I did. I've only used it in my massage room a couple of times since I bought it and it still smells just a little but I think it's going to be fine after it's used a little more. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

This hot stone heater works like a pro. It heats up to it's maximum temperature of 165 degrees in 10 - 15 mins. I would definitely recommend this product for those professionals needing a small warmer with good power for those tight studio spaces.

It does what I need most of the time. The digital readout is great to have to know exactly what the temperature is especially in a darkened room that is usual for a private relaxation-focused massage. The keys are easy to use. The clean up is a cinch, especially with a big sink and faucet with a movable sprayer.However, It's hard to read it at a glance: especially when I'm working and look up mid-massage-move, I'll look for the read-out and have to focus on the warmer to figure out which number is the setting and which is actual. Maybe if it dimmed down the setting and left the actual full brightness, or had an option to do so.... And it's difficult to adjust once the lights are off... the buttons aren't back-lit or eliminated at all, and this makes for more fumbling around during an otherwise relaxing and quite environment.Also, I don't like that it doesn't hold a more constant temperature like more commercial grade Hot Stone Heater/Warmers out there, or even a hot towel cabinet does. If it held a more steady temperature and not wavered up and down 20 degrees.... both issues would be avoided if it held a more constant temperature.

I use this slow cooker for most everything; rarely use the oven. Produces delicious, tender meals; and is easy to clean.

I've been using this warmer for almost a year and I love it. It warms up the stones quickly and is a perfect size, as it fits just enough stones for one-time use.

looks nice, works great, easy to read. Temp must be calibrated, as its very touchy and everyones specific needs can't be met, but nothing a 2$ thermometer cant fix.
