You it’s have to place the strip high in you eyelid and it will work **Q: Where are these made?** A: i don't know, i couldn't figure out how to use them so i threw them away. useless crap. **Q: can you put these over eyeshadow?** A: You can put them UNDER eyeshadow but you have to work with it a bit to cover smoothly.
