I'm 100% effective. The taste was awful and an effective reminder but it is so potent that even if wasn't biting my nails just scratching my face or eating food with my hand close to my face I could taste it very strongly. It ruined the enjoyment of some meals and the taste does not easily go away so I had to start chewing lots of gum but even though that was awful I dont think I would have been able to heal my hands for wedding photos by my own willpower or memory ona second note im a guy so I was also concerned it would be very visible but it only has a slight shine to it

I’ve been biting my nails for 20 some years. Ever since I purchased this I haven’t even put my fingers in my mouth! The tase is just vile lol! Very bitter! If your thinking about buying this do it you won’t regret it!

We’ve tried so many different ways to stop my daughter from sucking her thumb and this worked right away. It even stops my son for biting his nails.

This tastes awful. My son has autism and bites his finger. I wanted to get a nail bite polish to put on his finger to hopefully prevent him from biting it. Although pretty much all natural ingredients, this tastes absolutely awful. I also painted my nails with it because it says that it strengthens your nails let me just say this gets everywhere. You can taste it on the food you eat and the drinks you drink. It’s terrible by this at your own risk. I would never use this again on any child.

i mean if you want to stop biting your nails, i can’t even eat without a glove bc i touch my lip and taste evil in my soul, haven’t bitten my nails in the few days it’s lasted so far but im running low on gloves now, the whole finger is bad i licked alfredo sauce off near my knuckle and evil

Works well. I have a horrible habit of biting and picking my nails. This is the only thing (besides when I had braces) that has stopped me from destroying my nails to an unhealthy degree. People would comment on how ugly my nails looked and I got serious nail envy 😂 I decided to try this out. Of course I had to taste it as soon as I put it on. It’s not stomach turning like some reviews say but it’s very bitter. The only issue I have is that it gets on things. If you wipe your face and then lick your lips it’s tastes the same. And it’s not faint either. It’s just alas strong as what’s on your nails. I had a sandwich just now and I kept thinking something was wrong with it and then remembered I had the polish on and it get all over everything. I would definitely buy this again and I’m not disappointed with it.

WORKS but is so strong that if you're eating ribs, corn on the cob, or any other finger foods, everything is going to taste bitter.
