Honestly WTF
Just don’t. I saw the tik toks of the girls wearing jeans that were a little tight in the waist that were able to fit really comfortably into them while wearing this. I had pants that were a little snug but buttoned and zipped just fine. This made ZERO difference. Like tight and uncomfortable but did nothing. Also if you have hips at all, this will roll up or will dig and create horrible lines. I have lots of shapewear and this not only was SUPER uncomfortable but also was like anti shapewear? Gives you lumps and bumps you don’t have and doesn’t suck you in at all?? Like??? I highly recommended you pass.

Is it snug? Yes. Does it contour you effectively? No. Essentially squished into the small fabric and it tends to crease at the hips. Does nothing for your breasts, still needs a bra as it is very thin material with no support. I am 5.4, 150lb, muscular build.

Absolute best shape wear will buy again! The middle is a clasp not buttons which makes the wear feel seamless while seating or walking. The breast support is 10/10. I’m a ( 36 DD/D about 180 -190 lbs 5’0 ) the compression I get from the upper body and back is impeccable! Easy to get into. Making a switch to a Size down, gave it the extra benefit you need from some good shape wear regardless; be realistic when sizing down …..
