I wanted some new detail brushes and decided to try these, even though I was not familiar with the brand. I'm so glad I did. I have only used the #7 and #5/0 so far, just to test the quality. There are 11 brushes in the set, I felt trying the beginning brush and the ending would be a good trial, and the numbers between will follow the same quality.The brushes are not too soft and have a little snap, just what's needed for fine detail work. They hold enough paint, point well and don't splay out with use. The points are especially important, needed for fine detail work, and these are really wonderful. The contoured brush handle is comfortable. There's a really nice selection from 5/0 to 7, a great range of sizes and enough for just about any task. The 5/0 is not always an easy brush to find so, I'm glad it's part of the set. This is a quality set worth the purchase.

I love these detail brushes. They are durable and keep their shape well. Great for adding fine detail to both regular and miniature paintings.

Editing after a bit of use: I still love these. However, my #5 which I use the most, randomly lost half of is bristles. I'm ocd about drying them before storing them uprite, so to not weaken the adhesive. The rest still seem fine but I don't use them as often, so time will tell.I ordered these for watercolor painting. I suffer from carpal tunnel. So normal brushes tend to hurt stay a bit. These are both comfy and not overly large. They came with a small canvas storage thing but I opted for this. The brushes area very well made and haven't shedded and bristles yet.

My daughters Brother-in-law is an Artist. He is doing well with the paints And the variety of brushes I found for him. Says they are better than what he had from a professional store for artists supplies. He has a birthday coming up and I will be adding to his supplies.
